1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (https://www.skyvan.in), enrolling in any training programme (including Small Class RPC, Medium Class RPC, Drone Discovery Day, Future Skills, or College Initiatives), or utilizing Skyvan Aviation’s drone services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. DGCA Compliance & Eligibility

Skyvan Aviation is a Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) Approved Remote Pilot Training Organisation (RPTO).

• Candidates enrolling for Remote Pilot Certification (Small or Medium Class RPC) must be at least 18 years of age and have passed Class 10 or equivalent from a recognised board.
• Candidates must submit valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID) and satisfy DGCA medical fitness self-declaration requirements.
• Falsification of identification or eligibility documentation will result in immediate termination of training without refund.

3. Attendance & Safety Protocol

Drone flight operations carry inherent safety considerations. All trainees must strictly adhere to flight instructor instructions, safety perimeters, weather limitations, and field protocols.

• 100% attendance during theory sessions, simulator training, and practical flight sorties is required for DGCA assessment qualification.
• Any reckless operation, substance influence, or non-compliance with instructor directives will result in immediate disqualification.

4. School & College Programmes

For institutional programmes such as Drone Discovery Day (Classes VII & VIII) and Future Skills / College Initiatives, the host institution must provide a suitable, clear outdoor ground area as specified by Skyvan Aviation safety guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, manuals, presentations, software simulations, videos, images, logos, and trademarks displayed on this site are the intellectual property of Skyvan Aviation. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Skyvan Aviation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper third-party use of drone equipment outside authorized training environments.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
