Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Overview

Skyvan Aviation provides educational drone pilot training, institutional workshops, and aviation services. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the fulfillment process for physical items (such as DGCA Remote Pilot Certificates, flight logbooks, training manuals, and student kits) as well as digital course credentials.

2. Physical Certificate & Material Dispatch

Upon successful completion of DGCA ground school assessment, simulator evaluation, and practical flight sorties:

• On-Campus Handover: Candidates attending training at our Bhubaneswar RPTO receive physical completion certificates and logbooks directly during the course graduation ceremony.
• Postal Dispatch: If a physical DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate or printed course manual is dispatched to an outstation candidate’s address, it will be shipped via registered courier (Speed Post / Blue Dart / DTDC) within 5–7 business days of certificate issuance.

3. Shipping Timelines & Charges

Standard courier delivery across India typically takes 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination pincode.

• Standard courier delivery within India is included in the RPC course fee unless explicitly noted.
• Tracking details (AWB number and carrier link) are sent via SMS/email upon dispatch.

4. Digital Delivery of Course Access & Certifications

Digital access to online ground school study modules, simulator access codes, and Digital Sky verification documents is provided instantly via email or candidate portal login within 24 hours of enrollment confirmation.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a physical certificate or study material packet arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of expected delivery with proof of damage. Skyvan Aviation will re-issue and dispatch a replacement free of charge.
