Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Registration & Fee Payment

At Skyvan Aviation, admissions for DGCA Remote Pilot Certification (Small Class and Medium Class RPC) and institutional programmes (Drone Discovery Day, Future Skills, College Initiatives) are limited to maintain mandatory instructor-to-student ratios and flight slot allocations.

2. Cancellation Timelines & Refunds

Course fee refund eligibility is governed by the following schedule:

• 7 or More Days Before Batch Commencement: 90% refund of the advance registration fee (10% retained for administrative and processing expenses).
• 3 to 6 Days Before Batch Commencement: 50% refund of the total fee paid. Alternatively, the candidate may request a 100% credit transfer to a future scheduled batch within 60 days.
• Less than 72 Hours / After Batch Commencement: No refund will be granted once a batch has started or within 72 hours of orientation, as flight simulator time, instructor allocations, and ground school materials are pre-committed.

3. Batch Rescheduling & Medical Exceptions

If a candidate is unable to attend training due to documented medical emergencies or valid unforeseen circumstances, Skyvan Aviation will allow one free rescheduling to an upcoming training batch within 3 months, subject to slot availability.

4. Cancellations by Skyvan Aviation

In the rare event that Skyvan Aviation postpones or cancels a batch due to severe adverse weather conditions, DGCA regulatory advisories, or technical airframe maintenance:

• Candidates will be offered priority placement in the next available batch, or
• A 100% full refund of the course fee paid will be issued within 7–10 working days.

5. School & College Workshop Bookings

For institutional programmes (such as Drone Recreational Workshops or College Skill Workshops):

• Institutional dates can be rescheduled up to 5 days prior to the event date without penalty.
• Cancellations requested less than 48 hours prior to event deployment will incur a 25% administrative charge.

6. Refund Processing Method

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/UPI) to the original payment source within 7 to 10 business days of written approval.
